About the Platform

DiCRA is an open-source GIS based visualization platform designed to provide free access to public data layers. All the sub-portals within DiCRA with the exception of the PLP chatbot operates without user registration requirements and enables users to:

  • Visualize various GIS data layers through interactive map interfaces

  • Access, explore, and analyze publicly available datasets

  • Download data for personal, educational, research, or commercial projects

  • Utilize the platform's tools and features without any access barriers

All data made available through this platform is sourced from open data repositories and is provided in accordance with their respective licensing terms.

Data Usage and Licensing

Data Sources

All data visualized and made available for download on this platform is obtained from publicly available open data sources. Each dataset retains its original licensing terms as specified by the data provider.

Data Downloads

Users are free to download any data available on this platform for:

  • Personal use

  • Educational purposes

  • Research and academic projects

  • Redistribution (subject to original data license terms)

When downloading and using data, users must:

  • Respect the original data license terms specified for each dataset

  • Provide appropriate attribution to the original data sources as required

  • Not misrepresent data sources or claim original authorship

  • Comply with any use restrictions specified in the original data licenses

Data on this platform may be available under various open licenses including but not limited to:

Platform Usage

No Registration Required

This platform does not require user registration, account creation, or sign-up processes. All features and data are accessible immediately upon visiting the platform.
